J. Charles Conway

Jonathan “Charlie” Conway’s practice at the Leake Law Firm focuses on corporate, real estate, and construction and commercial litigation. Specifically, Charlie represents a diverse range of clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth area including general contractors, subcontractors, developers, regional and national banks, property management companies, and many other small to midsize businesses. Charlie also represents clients during all stages of an asset purchase or sale transaction and works with lenders and title companies to facilitate the transaction.

 

Prior to joining the Leake Law Firm, Charlie’s practice focused on oil and gas title examination and review, secured financing of commercial and residential real estate transaction, individual bankruptcy matters, and various general corporate matters.

 

Charlie, his wife and two children live in Fort Worth. In spare time, he likes to duck hunt, play golf, and spend time with his family.
