Skip Leake

Warren Thomas Leake, Jr., known as  “Skip” walked away from big city firms in 1986 forming W T Skip Leake PC  which is now The Leake Law Firm. Skip is a proactive attorney that works to protect his clients business/money.  Utilizing his Master of Business Administration in Finance, Skip has helped his clients structure both domestic and international businesses.  Skip often says, "My job is to keep you out of the court house, where the only persons that win are the attorneys".

 Skip’s practice focuses on general corporate and real estate matters where he has personally documented, conducted, and supervised large value commercial transactions. Specifically, Skip represents clients in the structuring and formation of business entities, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and business and personal estate planning.

Skip has documented and closed multi-national commodity transactions, documented and closed residential to multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions, and represents clients in the development, disposition, and management of commercial real estate, including all related lending and secured financing matters. Additionally, Skip represents clients in commercial litigation matters, including collections, contracts, construction matters, oil and gas, and real estate disputes as well as probate matters

Skip's outside interest include his family which is actively involved in raising & showing club lambs, the non-profit he helped form, One Life's Journey which makes wigs for those fighting cancer and water sports including skiing and sailing.  His wife, two grown kids and three grandkids are Skip's biggest success story.
